Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in St. Louis in Missouri. She performed with The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia gave her a Bachelor of Arts (with honors) in Theatre and Communications. When she moved into Los Angeles, she became active in the theater arts and started acting in and choreographing for over 2 dozen plays and musicals such as The Little Foxes Brady Bunch at Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera as well as 7 titles performances in the award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly was also able to land the roles in television and film, as she continued her improv classes at The Groundlings. Her unique voice and her petite stature made it possible for Kelly to develop many different characters. She was a co-star with Naomi Watts in The Ring 2 as the evil Samara, but she is better known as the bright and bubbly receptionist from Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a series regular on TV The Land sitcom The Exes from the year 2011 until 2015. The show featured Kelly as a paralegal during the day and party hopper by night. She was also a Regular in the role of the hot sassy little sister to Alyssa Milano on the ABC show Romantically Challenged as well as the stressed out suburban mom in the The CW's No Tomorrow. Her soprano voice has been lent by her singing voice to a variety of cartoons including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. The most recent time she was seen in NBC's smash comedy Superstore as the dim but charming Cloud 9 worker. She leads a tranquil private life, with her husband and two young children. She loves sewing, writing as well as volunteering for school activities.
